Be it know that RAM, Regional Access for More, a faith based true religious jurisdiction is hereby declared on this day 21 June 2000 a 508c1A free unincorporated private pure church. The founding member, Randall Rex Harrison, is acting as ecclesiastic Superior and Director of this faith based organization.

The activities of RAM shall be to further its faith based goals and purposes. The founding principle is to give love, knowledge, truth, science, technology, literature, and charity. Any wealth received by RAM shall be used to further the same goals and purposes, and to enhance a state of self-management.

The records of RAM and its members are private in nature and shall be held in strict confidence.

RAM’s goals and purposes shall be as follows: To declare freedom for all people to practice life in the factual matrix and our divine association with the same. RAM is reality based. RAM declares that man as GOD has all rights of self as GOD given. That which is known as truth; love and giving shall be the fundamental principle by which this religion is built. This is a private faith established outside of statutory jurisdiction. Current conditions require divine beings to return the Earth and its people to its garden state, eliminating spiritual and social injustice that have developed over time because of a misconception of reality. RAM declares it is separate from the present imposed artificial authority of governing monopoly, until it evolves to be legitimate benevolent GOD State governed by love. These following beliefs, ideas, and concepts shall enclose the freedoms and identity of the practice of this faith. All beliefs outlined in this document are VERY STRONGLY AND SINCERELY HELD RELIGIOUS faith based beliefs.

This faith seeks to remodel society to harmonize with the Golden Mean through love truth, freedom, selfrealization/applied enlightenment. RAM recognizes our own divine rights as well as protections in the articles of the 1st and 9th amendments in the Bill of Rights, and all sovereign and inalienable rights. RAM’s purpose is to engender growth in love in all beings. To engage love freedom of expression shall occur. RAM’s rights and practices shall include the following: freedom of action, choice, thought, speech, communication, sound and music. Truth, love, vibration, science, culture, technology, appearance, nudity, sex, health and diet, the right to clean water, art, giving, charity, birth, death, healing, exploration, receiving, holding land, trading, enhancing land, study, all metals and gems, plants, medicine, clean food, drugs, ceremony, drumming, friends, family, language, defense, vegetarianism, prayer and worship, planting, dance, dress, building, growing, shelter, temple, harvesting, child rearing, animals, marriage/unions, to hold private family business of freedom from state or church sponsored violence.

RAM’s rights and practices shall also include freedom from our Earth, being destroyed by genocidal imbalanced acts of man. Freedom of self management to protect the Earth, sun light, clean air, the right to be saints and look within, to be avatars and practice monogamy, polygamy, and polyamory, freedom to be a nature person, freedom to be considered outside of second class subject status. Freedom of our rights being turned into state sanctioned privileges. Freedom to be a human being not a human resource. Freedom to work, travel, and play unregulated. Freedom to use all things planets, starts, sun, moon, plants, drugs, people, animals, and substances for spiritual communion. Freedom to hold the Sabbath on Saturday, freedom to share sunlight on our bodies, to think and act freely, to further the goals of sharing of information, to make conservation and to enhance inspiration regarding the use of peyote, marijuana, mushrooms, sex, meditation for prayer, and ceremony. Tradition and new tradition shall be recreating culture, shall be a bonafide practice of these faith based beliefs. And an integral part of faith based exercise and practices, in a manner not dangerous to public health or safety. Our belief of people regenerating through love, ceremony, ritual, handson healing, faith healing, holistic healing, reiki, and looking within is a part of a process of remedies. We will not practice medicine, naturopathy, homeopathy, or nursing. This faith is hereby established and shall exist into perpetuity. We are the garden

RAM’s governing is Ecclesiastical and hierarchical in structure.

All activities in RAM shall be by members, invitations, volunteers, or supporters who agree with the goals and purposes of RAM.

The Ecclesiastical Superior may grant to any member of RAM a written delegation of authority to act in a specific general or durable manner on behalf of or for the Ecclesiastical Superior.

A member with a delegation of authority may hereinafter be referred to as a RAM Director, Elder, or Supporter. A delegation of authority me be revoked by the Ecclesiastical Superior at any time and without cause.

The internal government and policy of RAM and its directors are regulated by the Ecclesiastical Superior, or by Elder or Director with specific authority to do so. The Ecclesiastical Superior or any of RAM’s Directors with such written authority may for RAM acquire, possess by gift or bequest, devise or purchase, and hold property, sell, rent, or otherwise dispose of such property by mortgage, lien, or other specific agreements.

Instruments and all deeds of writing shall be made and signed in the name of RAM or Randall Harrison by the Ecclesiastical Superior.

Any future successor to the Ecclesiastical Superior to RAM may be chosen in wiring at any time by the acting Ecclesiastical Superior. A date of succession and/or activating circumstances of succession may also be included in said instrument of choice. The Ecclesiastical Superior may also revoke or suspend such choices or designate the circumstance of a further successor. Upon the death of an acting Ecclesiastical Superior, if a successor has not been chosen, Directors shall choose the Ecclesiastical Superior by unanimous vote, 100% for or against.

Membership into RAM is voluntary and is granted to those who are deemed sincere students of truth and who agree with the goals and purposes of RAM and/or take part in, or are the recipients of its activities, and may be certified members by the Ecclesiastical Superior All membership activity in RAM shall be exercised by each member knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally. In addition all membership activities shall be exercised without prejudicing of faith.

Membership may be withdrawn by written notice from the member to RAM or notice from the Ecclesiastical Superior.

The rights of RAM and its faith based status shall be dually recognized and solely enforceable by the United States of America Constitution and the appurtenant, law or laws upholding all such Religious Freedoms granted by said document including any and all RAM’s laws and bylaws

These rights may be enforced by the Arizona State Constitution and appurtenant law or laws enforcing such rights liberties if such rights are not repugnant to the Constitution of the United States of America.

This religion is held in Christ Babaji and all Masters.
